Because of this, we are not able to accept returns based on preference.

What we can support

We do offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrives with a manufacturing defect

• The wrong item was sent

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

What we cannot support

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Preference on color, fit, or feel

We strongly encourage reviewing measurements before placing an order.

Item condition requirements

For an exchange to be approved, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free of odors, stains, or damage

• In original condition

Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
